Kerala style chicken curry with potato
Chicken kurma
If you are looking for a traditional style chicken and potato curry, stop your hunt here. This is exactly a Kerala style curry. Goes well with chapati, ghee rice and so on..
My grandmother used to make this curry using finely grinded coconut paste. However, here i am using coconut milk. You can use either coconut milk or coconut paste as per your taste. If you are using coconut paste then add a little fennel seeds while grinding. If you like the flavour of capsicum then add capsicum.
