RAW BANANA STIR FRY
Today I am sharing one more simple recipe. Raw banana stir fry. Goes well with hot rice. we have to make this delicious recipe using nedra kaya. This is a variety of raw banana that we used to make chips. when we use other types of raw banana, stir fry will not get the correct texture. Use coconut to enhance the taste. We can also pair this with tomato rice.

INGREDIENTS :-
* Raw banana - 3
* Chilly powder - 1 Tsp
* Pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
* Shallots - 10
* Garlic - 5
* Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
* Dried chilly - 2
* Curry leaves - 1 sprig
* Salt - to taste
* Coconut oil - 2 Tbsn
METHOD :-
* Put a khadai on the stove, add raw banana pieces , chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt along with 1/4 cup water.
* Cook well.
* Put a pan on the stove, add oil when it becomes hot add Mustard seeds when it pops up.
* Add garlic pieces and shallot pieces, saute it till it becomes light brown colour.
* Then add dried chilly and curry leaves.
* Add cooked banana pieces to this.
* Add pepper powder. Mix well.
* Cook this in low flame. For 10 - 15 minutes. Till it becomes fried.
* Tasty raw banana stir fry is ready to serve.
