BEEF CURRY


 This curry is going to knock your taste buds.

  It's quite difficult to beat the solace and fulfillment that you get from eating a bowl of meat curry, when the hamburger is profoundly crisped and delicate, the rice is soft and hot, and the sauce is very much flavored. Well , This recipe is exactly like that.

  However it's even extraordinary with Kerala parotta. 


Beef curry


INGREDIENTS:-

* Beef -  1 kg

* Onion - 3

* Green chilly - 3

* Ginger garlic paste - 2 Tbsn

* Tomato - 1 Big

* Oil - 5 Tbs


FOR MARINATION :-

* Chilly powder - 4 Tsp

* Coriander powder - 1 Tbsp

* Garam masala powder - 1/2 Tsp

* Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp

* Salt - to taste

* Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

* Fennel seed powder - 1 Tsp

* Pepper powder - 1 Tbsp

* Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup


METHOD :-

* Marinate the beef for 1 hour, with all the ingredients for marination.

* Put a cooker on the stove, when it becomes hot add oil , then add onion and saute it until golden brown colour.

* Add ginger garlic paste, saute it until the raw taste is completely gone.

* Add tomato, saute it for 3 - 4 minutes in medium flame.

* Now add marinated beef to the onion - tomato mix and saute it on high flame for 5 minutes.

* Add 1 cup water  ( if you want more gravy). Close the cooker.

* Cook it on medium flame for 3 whistles. ( Adjust your cooking time according to the beef you get, if the beef is not tender it will take 6 - 7 whistles  to cook ). I have taken tender beef.

* Open the cooker after 10 minutes.

* Beef curry is ready to serve.
