Wheat Bonda/ Sweet Bonda / undampori   A famous tea time snack from God's own Country is undampori. These are sweet wheat balls made with  banana and wheat as their fundamental ingredients. Fried in oil, these snack are wonderful to be presented with hot tea. It is one of the famous snacks among the Malayalees and is one of the popular food varieties sold in Teashops around this southern regions of India. INGREDIENTS :-   *   Palayamthodan banana - 4   * sugar - 1/2 cup   * Wheat flour - 2 cup    * Cardamom - 3    * Cumin seeds - 1/4 tap    * Cinnamon - 1/2 inch piece    * Baking soda - 1/4 tsp    * Water - 1/2 cup + 2 Tbs METHOD :- * To a blender add sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and cumin seeds. * Blend it to a fine powder. * Grin the banana to a fine paste. * Then add wheat flour, banana paste and powdered sugar mix. * Add water and mix it well. * Let it sit for 2 hours. * Make small Balls out of this. * To a frying pan add oil.     RAGI FACIAL / DIY FACIAL  Here i am sharing step by step procedure of ragi or finger millet facial. Ragi has several benefits on skin. Ragi protects our skin from anti ageing, wrinkles and dullness.  It will makes our skin smooth and glowy.  It has such a good result because rahi has so many nutrients in it. It has vitamin C, vitamin E, it has so many antioxidants and it also has proteins. It is a superb solution to get rid of suntan, UV damage, irregular skin complexion and it also hydrates the skin.  METHOD :- 1 step : -    Take ragi powder. Add enough milk. Cook this and make smooth paste.   Apply this on the face. Massage gently for 4 - 5 minutes. Then wash it off using normal water. It act as a good cleaner. 2 step :-  To a bowl add ragi powder, instant coffee powder, raw milk. Mix it.   Apply this on the face. Let sit for 5 minutes.   EASY TOMATO RICE This is entirely different from the normal tomato rice. This is a easy, healthy and tasty tomato rice recipe made with coconut milk. The best combination is potato fry, pickle..   INGREDIENTS:- Ponni rice - 1 cup Tomato - 2 Garlic - 3- 4 Ginger - 1/2 inch piece Green chilly - 1 Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp Ghee - 1 Tbsp Coconut milk - 2 1/2 cup (1nd and 2nd) Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsn Salt - to taste. METHOD :- Soak the rice for 30 minutes. Strain it. Keep aside. To a mixer jar add tomato pieces, green chilly, garlic, ginger. Grind it and strain it. Put a cooker on the stove, add cup coconut milk, salt, strained tomato mix, turmeric powder and ghee. Let it boil. When it starts bubbling add rice. Close the lid and cook until it's cooked well. Turn off the flame. When the pressure is completely gone open the lid. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it. Tasty, healthy and easy tomato rice is ready to serve. ENJOY!!!!

      VERMICELLI PAYASAM  This is a South Indian sweet recipe. This is a very easy to make desert made with vermicelli, milk, sugar, cashewnut, raisins and ghee. You can use jaggery or sugar in this but the taste is better when sugar is added. Use medium thick kheer vermicelli to make this. Use roasted vermicelli. This sweet can be prepared within 25 - 30 minutes. INGREDIENTS:- * Roasted vermicelli - 150 gm * Water - 7 cups * Milk - 1/2 ltr * Sugar - 1/2 cup * Condensed milk - 380 gm * Cardamom powder - 1/2 Tsp * Cashew - 20 gm * Raisins - 20gm * Ghee - 2 Tbsn METHOD :- * Put a pan on the stove add 1/2 Tbsn ghee. * Add vermicelli, roast it for 2 minutes. Keep aside. * Put a khadai on the stove add 8 cups of water. * When it starts bubbling add roasted vermicelli. * Cook well. * When it is cooked well.Add boiled milk to this. * Then add sugar.
