  Homemade pasteurized Mayonnaise       This creamy homemade mayonnaise  will take only few minutes to make. I am adding a special ingredients to this that will enhance the the taste of the mayonnaise.  INGREDIENTS :- * Egg - 1 * Vinegar - 3/4 tbs * Oil - 1/4 cup * Garlic - 1/4 clove * Sugar - 2 pinch * Salt - to taste * Pepper powder - 2 pinch * Butter (optional) - 1 tsp METHOD :- * To  a bowl crack the egg.  * Add vinegar.  * Mix it.  * Boil water in a sauce pan.  * When it starts vigorously boil, turn the flame low.  * Place the bowl with egg and vinegar mix over the sauce pan.            Homemade Rose Syrup         Rose syrup is an aromatic, handy ingredients made by simmering sugar in water along with rose essence and beetroot juice, You can add food color also and make a concentrate. This rose syrup is useful for making rose milk, flavored drinks, ice cream that can be prepared in minutes - hot or cold.  INGREDIENTS :- * Sugar - 1 cup * Water - 1 cup * Beetroot juice - 3 tbs * Rose essence - 1 tsp METHOD :- * Boil sugar and water until it becomes completely melts and slightly sticky.  * Then add beetroot juice.         Cooker Palada Payasam         Palada payasam is a popular Kerala sadhya recipe . Which is known for it pink hue color hence it is also known as pink palada. Follow the recipe to make creamy palada payasam without any mistakes.  INGREDIENTS :- * Rice ada - 200 gm * Full fat milk - 3 ltr * Sugar - 600 gm * Butter - 1 tbs METHOD :- * Take a 10 ltr pressure cooker.  * Add the milk and sugar to the pressure cooker.  * Mix it.  * Boil it.  * When the milk starts raising, Turn the flame low.  * Then close the lid with the whistle.  * Let it boil in low Flame for 45 minutes.
