                   TOFU CURRY   Here I am sharing the recipe of Indian style tofu curry .I made using  classic tofu. This is homemade tofu.  I like homemade tofu than the store bought tofu. Tofu is a plant based protein. I prepared restuarant style tofu Recipe. For this type of curries slightly firm tofu is perfect because we have to pan fry then put in boiling curry and so on.... The best combination for this is parotta and chapati. Let's see how to make restaurant style tofu curry.       RAW BANANA STIR FRY      Today I am sharing one more simple recipe. Raw banana stir fry. Goes well with hot rice. we have to make this delicious recipe using nedra kaya. This is a variety of raw banana that we used to make chips.  when we use other types of raw banana, stir fry will not get the correct texture. Use coconut to enhance the taste. We can also pair this with tomato rice.        Brinjal Kosumalli or brinjal chutney is a Tamil Chettinad style recipe. Made using brinjal and potato. best side dish for dosa and idli. The ingredients may differ from region to region that depends on the taste.. Some people add garlic. Some people make this recipe without potato. This is a quick recipe.             SOYA CHUNKS CURRY   Soya chunk recipe is a very healthy dish to include protein in our diet. It's a best side dish for chapati, ghee rice, rice etc. This is my mom's recipe. First step is shallow fry the cooked Soya chunks. It will give an extra taste to the curry. If you don't like to fry the soya chunks then add boiled soya chunks to the curry. Some times we add chopped carrot and potato. But in this curry i am not adding any vegetables.    Let's see the step-by-step instructions for how to make this Soya chunks curry.     Poori and poori masala is Indian dish. Mostly served as breakfast. Poori masala is made using potato with less spices. But the taste was delicious. Poori is an  Indian fried bread. Other combination for poori is green peas curry, vegetable kurma.  Let's see how to make this dish.     GREEN PEAS CURRY   This is a simple green peas curry, not adding cream and milk. But it's delicious. Goes well with chapati, dosa, rice, pulao, ghee rice etc... I prepared this curry using dried green peas that soaked overnight. I like the dried green peas than the frozen peas. you can use frozen peas too. That's your choice.       DAL KHICHDI   Dal khichdi recipe made with rice and  dal. It's a simple and healthy recipe from Indian Cuisine. Delicious Dal khichdi is a protein packed aromatic yummy dish.             DAL FRY   Dal fry recipe is a dish from Indian Cuisine. It's a mild dish. Goes well with roti and rice. Most of the people made this recipe without coconut paste. But here i am sharing dal fry with coconut paste. Because I love this type.  It has an extra taste  compare to the other one. That's your choice.         POTATO STIR FRY  Potato stir fry is a simple and tasty recipe goes well with rice and chapati. It simply takes just 15 - 20 minutes to cook. This is an ideal recipe for lunch box. Kerala style chicken curry with potato

           If you are looking for a traditional style chicken and potato curry, stop your hunt here. This is exactly a Kerala style curry. Goes well with chapati, ghee rice and so on..      My grandmother used to make this curry using finely grinded coconut paste. However, here i am using coconut milk. You can use either coconut milk or coconut paste as per your  taste. If you are using coconut paste then add a little fennel seeds while grinding.
