Kothu parotta


  Kothu parotta is a  famous south indian street food. In this recipe parotta is mixed with chicken gravy  and some other spices.we can use  vegetable salna instead of chicken gravy, that is your choice.  Here I am preparing with chicken gravy.  Almost all people love street style foods, in this recipe we will see how to make this fantastic street food at home.


Kothu parotta
             
       Preparation time - 10 minutes
       Cooking time - 10 minutes
        Total time - 20 minutes


INGREDIENTS :-

* Parotta - 3

* Onion - 1 Big

* Tomato - 1 medium

* Ginger paste - 1/2 Tsp

* Garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp

* Chicken gravy -  1/2 cup

* Egg - 1

* Pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp

* Green chilly - 3

* Garam masala powder - 1/2 Tsp

* Oil - 1 Tbsp

* Salt - to taste

* Coriander leaves -

 

PREPARATION :-

* Cut parotta in to small pieces and keep aside.

* Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger-garlic, green chilly and saute for 2 minutes.

* Add salt and garam masala.

*Then add tomato pieces and saute for another 2 minutes.

* Now add egg and mix well.

* Then add parotta pieces and again mix well.

* Add pepper powder and chicken gravy and saute it for 5 minutes.

* Take a steel glass and chop the parotta with the sharp edge of the glass or chop it with a sharp edged spoon.

* Add some coriander leaves.

* Tasty kothu parotta is ready to serve, serve hot.
