FISH CURRY WITH COCONUT

Here I am sharing a coconut grinded fish curry. It is extremely simple and  tasty as well. Typically earthen pot is used to make these kinds of curries , on the grounds that it will improve the flavour of the curries. This is  a kerala style meen curry.  In this i am using  homemade chilly paste instead of using chilly powder, that gives  colour and perfect consistency to the meen curry. It goes well with boiled Kappa ( tapioca ) or rice.
