INGREDIENTS :-
* Boiled cauliflower - 30 gm
* Boiled mushroom - 100 gm
* Garlic - 2-3
* Lemon juice - 1 tsp
* Salt - to taste
* Virgin coconut oil - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander leaves - as needed
INGREDIENTS :-
* Crush the garlic along with lemon juice.
* To a bowl add boiled cauliflower, boiled mushroom, crushed garlic-lemon juice mix, chopped coriander leaves, virgin coconut oil and salt.
* Mix it.
* Healthy and easy salad is ready.
