  You can make a warm, aromatic herbal tea using coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and a pinch of dry ginger powder. This blend is often enjoyed in traditional wellness practices because the spices are known for supporting digestion, metabolism, and overall comfort. It’s  an “instant weight-loss tea,” it’s more accurate to say that such a drink may help reduce bloating and support healthy digestion when paired with balanced eating and activity. Its soothing, earthy flavor makes it a pleasant daily ritual that can complement a healthy lifestyle.

INGREDIENTS :-

* Whole coriander seed - 100 gm

* Fenugreek seed - 25 gm

* Black cumin seed - 10 gm

* Cumin seed - 25 gm

* Cinnamon roll - 25 gm

* Cardamom - 25 gm

* Dry ginger powder - 50 gm

METHOD :-

* Dry roast the coriander seed first, then set aside. 

* After that dry roast all the remaining ingredients except dry ginger powder. 

* Then add all the dry roasted ingredients to a blender along with dry ginger powder. 

* Blend it to a fine powder. 

* Masala tea powder is ready. 

Store it in an air tight container. 

For making the tea :-

* Boil 1 cup of water. 

 * To this add 1 tsp of prepared masala powder. 

* Boil for 2-3 minutes. 

* Turn off the flame. 

* Instant weight loss tea is ready.
