Sweet Condensed Milk Butter Toast Sandwich
Sweet Condensed Milk Butter Toast Sandwich
This recipe is a kind of like a cross between a stuffed French toast and a quick dessert sandwich. It’ll come out rich, slightly crispy on the outside, and soft, milky-sweet inside. Here’s a clean, easy version you can follow:
Ingredients:
* 2 slices of soft bread
* 2–3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
* 1–2 tbsp regular milk
* 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Assemble the sandwich
* Spread the condensed milk evenly on one slice of bread, then place the second slice on top to make a sandwich.
* Heat the pan
* Place a pan on medium-low heat and add butter. Let it melt and coat the surface.
First toast (30 seconds)
* Put the sandwich on the pan and toast for about 30 seconds, pressing gently so it crisps evenly.
Add milk
* Carefully pour 1–2 tablespoons of milk over the sandwich. Let it soak slightly into the bread (don’t flood it).
Second toast (1 minute)
* Continue cooking for about 1 minute, flipping once so both sides get golden and slightly caramelized.
Serve warm
* Remove from the pan, slice, and enjoy immediately while it’s soft inside and crispy outside.
Optional upgrades:
* Sprinkle a little sugar or cinnamon before the second toast
* Add sliced bananas inside with the condensed milk
* Drizzle a bit of honey or chocolate syrup on top
ENJOY!!!!
