CORIANDER TEA FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Coriander tea for weight loss


   Coriander has many health benefits. Good for digestive health, helps in weight loss, immunity booster, lowering blood pressure, so people with low blood pressure should not take this because it will lower the blood pressure. Taking this coriander tea daily helps in weight loss. Let's see how to make this coriander tea.

INGREDIENTS :-

* Coriander seeds - 100 gm

* Black cumin seeds - 25 gm

* Cardamom - 25 gm

* Dried ginger powder - 25 gm

* Cinnamon - 25 gm

* Fenugreek - 50 gm

  

METHOD :-

* Dry roast all the ingredients seperately except dried ginger powder.

* Let it cooled down completely.

* Grind to a fine powder.

* Then add dried ginger powder to this.

*  Store in an air tight container.

How to use :-

* Boil one glass of water along with

 1 tsp of coriander mix powder.

* Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

* Turnoff the flame.

* Strain it.

* It's ready to drink. Drink this daily.
