BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING CAKE

Butterscotch pudding cake


 This is a very yummy and easy cake recipe. 

INGREDIENTS :-

* Almonds - 10

* sugar - 2 TBS

* Butter - 1/2 Tsp

* Sugar - 1/2 cup

* Butter - 50 gm

* Milk - 1/4 cup

* Bread - 4 slices

* Egg - 2

* Vanilla essence - 1/2 Tsp

* Salt - 1 pinch

METHOD :-

* Heat a pan, then add 2 TbS sugar. 

* caramel the sugar. 

* To this add  1/2 tsp butter and crushed almonds. 

* Mix well. 

* Transfer this to a greased plate. 

* Let it cooled down. 

* Put a pan on the stove, add 1/2 cup sugar. 

* Caramel the sugar, then add 50 GMs of butter. 

* when the butter melts completely. 

* Then add 1/4 cup of milk to this.

* Mix well until it becomes a smooth creamy texture. 

* the

* Turn off the flame. 

* Toast the bread slices for 15 -20  seconds without adding butter or ghee. 

* Crush the bread slices. Keep aside. 

* To a bowl add  already prepared butter scotch mix. 

* Mix well using a beater until it becomes light golden brown color. 

* Add egg to this, mix well . 

* Then add crushed bread and crushed almonds mix. 

* Transfer this to a 6 inch pan. 

* Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in 180°C.

* Tasty butter scotch pudding cake is ready.
