MUSHROOM MASALA
This mushroom recipe is my mother's grandma's recipe. I'm certain you will get mesmerized with its lip-smacking taste. At the point when we get mushroom my mother used to make this recipe as a result of its taste. In this recipe I'm adding green brinjal, on the off chance that you didn't get the green brinjal you can substitute with purple colour brinjal. In any case, green colour brinjal gives the real taste. Making this recipe in earthen pot will enhance the taste. Let's see how to make this delicious recipe.
Combination:-
* Boiled rice + curd + mushroom masala
* Chapati + mushroom masala
INGREDIENTS :-
* Mushroom - 250gm
* Shallots - 20
* Green brinjal - 4
* Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
* Coriander powder - 1 Tbsp
* Chilly powder - 1 Tbsp
* Fenugreek seeds -1/4 Tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
* Curry leaves - 1 sprig
* Salt - to taste
* Coconut oil - 5 Tbsp
METHOD :-
* Wash the brinjal and cut into medium pieces.
* To the cleaned mushroom add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder and salt.
* Put a kadai on the stove then add oil when it heats up add Fenugreek seeds.
* Then add chopped shallots saute it till it becomes golden brown colour.
* To this add marinated mushroom saute it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
* Add 1/2 cup water when it boil , add brinjal pieces. Boil till it becomes completely cook.
* When it becomes cooked, sprinkle some fresh curry leaves and coconut oil. Close the lid.
* Switch off the flame.
* Tasty and delicious mushroom masala is ready to serve.
