Ladies finger stir fry/ vendakka varuthathu

            Ladies finger stir fry     L adies finger (okra) stir fry, this is my mom's recipe. She used to prepare this recipe in a easy method, The taste...no words for that. The most compelling thing for setting up this recipe is that cook this recipe in medium to high fire otherwise it becomes mashy. This goes well with boiled rice.             Cuisine - South Indian             Course - Lunch             No: of portion - 3 Points to note while making this recipe:- * Use fresh ladies finger. * Cook this in medium to high flame. * Wipe out the extra water before chopping. ;                    BRINJAL STIR FRY   Here I accompany a one more simple recipe. This is a excellent side dish for rice. In kerala this is otherwise called vazhuthana mezhukupuratti. I made this brinjal stir fry using green variety brinjal. You can likewise substitute with other varieties  of brinjals.                 PINEAPPLE WINE      How are the Christmas arrangements going along? I trust in any event some of you have attempted some wine this year.     Here i am posting the recipe of pineapple wine. Homemade wines are easy to make but need some patients to get the perfect result. Taste and the flavour of the pineapple wine is an heavenly treat. pineapple wine has more flavourful than compare to grape wine. It will take couple of months to get the perfect taste.  INGREDIENTS :- * Pineapple - 1 kg * Sugar - 750 gm * Wheat - 1 Tbsp * Yeast - 1/4 Tsp * Water - 2 litres * Cinnamon - 1 piece * Clove - 3 METHOD :- * Wash the pineapple and let it dry. * Boil the water and let it cool for some time. * Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple.     KURUMULAKU / PEPPER RASAM                      Pepper Rasam is regularly ready in all South Indian homes. It's a good accompaniment to rice. It is ready with cumin seeds, pepper and garlic. It is very effective when taken during cold or fever. The best combination for this pepper rasam is boiled rice and fish fry. We are not using rasam powder in this rasam.
