BROKEN WHEAT UPMA Broken wheat upma is a healthy and tasty breakfast. It's rich in fibre. Preparing this upma in pressure cooker is very easy. The only thing is the texture of the upma, some people prefer the dry texture upma other prefer little mushy upma. That depends on the water we are adding.we can add vegetables like carrot, beans, green peas etc. I made this using only carrot. Let's see the steps for preparing this healthy dish.
