Sambar Powder

                                       SAMBAR POWDER     Here i am telling about sambar powder recipe. Delicious aromatic sambar presented with hot fluffy idli.  The creative mind makes me heavenly.  So why don't we prepare sambar with homemade sambar powder. This homemade sambar powder is more aromatic and more delicious and also more hygienic than the store bought sambar powder.    In kerala sadhya recipes, sambar assumes a significant part. Generally there are various varieties in sambar like Varutharacha sambar, pumkin sambar, onion sambar etc.. Same sambar powder is used to make all this sambar ,the difference is depends on the vegetables we are using. I have already uploaded Varutharacha sambar and pumkin sambar.   My mom make this   homemade Sambar Powder with Kashmiri chilly that gives extra colour to the sambar.     Let's see how to make aromatic homemade Sambar Powder. Palakkad style Varutharacha pumkin sambar

   VARUTHARACHA PUMPKIN SAMBAR                   An  aromatic and delicious sambar cooked with roasted coconut and spices that makes the perfect partner for boiled rice.      Here I am telling about Varutharacha pumkin sambar. This is a simple recipe on the grounds that just pumkin is used in this recipe ,so no need of more cutting and cleaving. One more contrast from the standard Sambar is here I am not utilizing dal.
